Lemsip Max All in One Lemon sachets contain Paracetamol (1000mg), Guaifenesin (200mg), and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (12.2mg). Paracetamol helps with pain and fever, Guaifenesin acts as an expectorant to help with chesty coughs, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a decongestant. To prepare, dissolve one sachet in hot water. The recommended dosage for adults and children 12 and over is one sachet every 4–6 hours, not exceeding four in 24 hours, though some retailers suggest use for those 16 and over.
